Booking & Salon Policies

Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked online through our official scheduling system.

Please carefully read each service description before booking.
It is the client’s responsibility to select the correct service for their needs.

If an incorrect service is booked, your appointment may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled at check-in.

Appointment Confirmation Policy

Appointments are not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from our booking system.

You may also receive an automated reminder prior to your appointment.
Failure to confirm or respond (when requested) may result in your appointment being canceled to open the time for another guest.

Deposit & Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are applied toward your service total.

Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.

Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.

Late Policy

I understand things happen. Please arrive on time so your full service can be provided.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened to stay on schedule.
• After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

Late arrivals still receive the same service price.

Cancellation Policy

I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in loss of your deposit.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive to your appointment without notice is considered a no-show.

No-shows will:
• Forfeit their deposit
• May be required to prepay future appointments in full

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule one time with proper notice (24 hours or more).

Multiple reschedules may require a new deposit.

Service Readiness Policy

Please arrive with:

Clean hands and feet
• No oils, lotions, or heavy residue on nails or skin
• No active cuts, infections, or visible conditions affecting the service area

Onyx Glam Natural Nail Care reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may compromise safety or quality.

Repair & Guarantee Policy

I am happy to provide unique, high quality service to the Gulf Coast, and I stand behind my work.

If there is an issue with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

Repairs requested after 48 hours may be subject to a repair fee.

This policy does not cover:
• Breakage caused by impact or misuse
• Picking, peeling, or excessive pressure on the nails

Children & Guests Policy

For safety, quality, and relaxation purposes:

Only clients receiving services are permitted in the service area.

Children and additional guests are not allowed unless they are being serviced.

Sanitation & Safety Policy

Onyx Glam Natural Nail Care follows strict sanitation and professional hygiene standards to protect every client and technician.

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.

Communication Policy

Please use the booking platform for scheduling and rescheduling.

Direct messages are not guaranteed for appointment changes.

Media & Content Policy

Photos and videos may be taken for marketing and portfolio use.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify your technician before your service begins.

Right to Refuse Service

Onyx Glam Natural Nail Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or disrespect toward staff.

By booking with Onyx Glam Natural Nail Care, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all policies listed above.
